Minty Limeade Smoothie

Great for St. Patrick’s Day or any day.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Ice Cubes
  • 1  Granny Smith Apple
  • ½ cups Green Grapes
  • 1 whole Lime
  • ½ cups Plain Yogurt
  • ½ cups Unsweetened White Grapefruit Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 12  Fresh Spinach Leaves
  • 7  Fresh Mint Leaves
  • Mint Leaves For Garnish

Preparation

Add the ice cubes to the blender. Cut the apple from the core in large pieces (discard the core). Then add the pieces of apple and the grapes to the blender.

Zest the lime. Add the zest and the juice of the lime to the blender. Add the yogurt, grapefruit juice, honey, sugar, spinach and mint to the blender. Blend on the “smoothie” setting. Garnish with additional mint leaves and serve immediately.
