Description

Ceviche is a fresh, light and healthy appetizer. It’s raw seafood that is cooked by the lime juice! Always make sure to use the freshest ingredients. You may substitute the salmon and halibut for other kinds of seafood like, scallops, tuna or swordfish.

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Passion Fruits, Juiced
  • 2 whole Limes, Juiced
  • 1 whole Serrano Chili, Stem And Seeds Removed, Finely Sliced
  • 400 grams Halibut, Salmon Or A Mix Of Both, Cut Into Small Cubes
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Cilantro Leaves
  • ¼ pieces Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
  • 1 whole Avocado, Peeled, Pitted And Chopped

Preparation

Juice the fruits into a large bowl through a sieve then add the chili. Add the fish and toss to make sure that it gets thoroughly coated. Cover the bowl and let the fish marinate in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.

When ready to serve, add the rest of the ingredients and mix it gently.Serve the ceviche with crispy wontons or chips. Enjoy!
