Baked Apple Zoodle Dessert

Description

Individual baked apple zoodles—such a treat!

Ingredients

  • 3 whole Apples, Peeled
  • ¼ cups Pure Apple Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 dashes Nutmeg
  • 1 whole Sleeve (about 4 Oz. Size) Graham Crackers, Crumbled
  • 2 Tablespoons Melted Butter
  • 3 Tablespoons Light Brown Sugar

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400ºF.

Spiralize apples and add into a mixing bowl. Add apple juice, cinnamon and nutmeg; stir gently to combine.

In a small bowl, add crumbled graham crackers, melted butter, and brown sugar. Use a fork to mix together.

In 2 small oval or round baking dishes, evenly divide apple zoodle mixture. Top with graham cracker mixture, smoothing out the top. Bake 12 minutes.

Carefully remove from oven. If desired, serve with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel, frozen yogurt, or vanilla bean ice cream. Enoy!
