Description
This quick appetizer is so simple, but it packs so much flavor. Make them ahead of time for an easy appetizer!
Ingredients
- 15-⅛ ounces, weight Wheat Ritz Crackers
- ¾ cups Canola Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
- 1 Tablespoon Taco Seasoning Mix
- 3 Tablespoons Red Pepper Flakes (reduce Amount If Desired, For Heat Level)
- 16 ounces, weight Sour Cream
- 1 ounce, weight Hidden Valley Fiesta Ranch Mix
Preparation
Empty all of the Ritz crackers into a resealable plastic bag. In a bowl, whisk oil, regular ranch mix, taco seasoning and red pepper flakes. Pour oil mix over crackers in the plastic bag and seal it. Set the bag aside for 2-3 days, turning daily.
When ready to serve, stir Fiesta ranch packet into sour cream, and serve with crackers.
