Mexican Dark Hot Chocolate

Description

Hot chocolate made with cocoa powder, dark chocolate and hints of cinnamon and cayenne pepper.

Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup Reduced-fat Milk
  • 3 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1-½ ounce, weight Dark Chocolate Chips
  • ¼ teaspoons Vanilla
  • ⅛ teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
  • ½ teaspoons Ground Cinnamon

Preparation

Bring milk and cocoa powder to a rolling boil, whisking constantly until cocoa powder dissolves. Reduce to medium heat and stir in dark chocolate chips until melted.

Stir in vanilla, cayenne, and cinnamon and transfer to a mug. Serve immediately and enjoy!
