Ingredients

  • ¼ cups Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
  • 1-½ teaspoon Matcha Powder
  • 20 ounces, fluid Boiling Water
  • 1-½ Tablespoon Honey

Preparation

Squeeze lemon juice into a bowl. Add zest, then vigorously whisk in matcha powder. Pour in boiling water, then stir in honey. Mix well and serve!
