Ingredients
- ¼ cups Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
- 1-½ teaspoon Matcha Powder
- 20 ounces, fluid Boiling Water
- 1-½ Tablespoon Honey
Preparation
Squeeze lemon juice into a bowl. Add zest, then vigorously whisk in matcha powder. Pour in boiling water, then stir in honey. Mix well and serve!
