Ingredients

  • 2 whole Kiwi, Peeled And Halved
  • ½ whole Banana, Peeled
  • 1 cup Baby Spinach
  • ½ cups Vanilla Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons Ground Flax Seed
  • ½ cups Apple Juice
  • 10 whole Ice Cubes

Preparation

Place all the ingredients into a blender. Put the lid on and blend until smooth. Then pour into 2 glasses. Enjoy.
