Ingredients

  • 1 whole Bunch Kale, Thick Stems Removed
  • Olive Oil Spray
  • Salt And Pepper

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Wash and dry kale leaves. Tear into bite size pieces and arrange in a single layer on a half sheet pan. Spritz with oilive oil spray and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper (or to taste). Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the edges of the kale start to caramelize.

Cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
