Description
Throwing together a fruit salad couldn’t be easier. With the addition of a zingy dressing, this Orange Pomegranate Salad is something special.
Ingredients
- 5 whole Medium Oranges
- ½ cups Pomegranate Seeds
- 2 teaspoons Orange Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
Preparation
Slice off the top and bottom of the orange. With the orange standing upright, cut off peel vertically. Flip the orange on its side and cut crosswise into 1/2-inch slices. Repeat with remaining oranges and arrange slices on a large platter. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
In a small bowl, mix together orange juice and honey. Drizzle right over the fruit and serve.
