Description

Cinnamon chili grilled pork tenderloin with a strawberry kiwi salsa—fast and easy to make and absolutely perfect for your summer BBQ!

Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
  • 2 pounds Pork Tenderloin
  • FOR THE SALSA:
  • 2 cups Diced Fresh Strawberries
  • 3 whole Kiwis, Peeled And Diced
  • ¼ cups Finely Chopped Red Onion
  • ¼ cups Finely Chopped Fresh Cilantro
  • 1 whole Lime, Juiced

Preparation

Preheat the grill to medium heat. In a small bowl, stir together olive oil, garlic, chili powder, cinnamon and salt. Rub this mixture all over the pork tenderloin. Grill the pork over medium heat for 8–12 minutes per side, or until a meat thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the pork registers 145ºF. Remove the meat from the grill, cover it with foil and let it rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.

Meanwhile, prepare the salsa. In a medium bowl, stir together strawberries, kiwi, red onion, cilantro and lime juice until combined. Serve over the sliced pork tenderloin.
