Description

I made this last summer but no time of year is a bad time for a smoothie!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Ice
  • 1 cup Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 whole Vanilla Bean, Split Open, Seeds Removed
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 cup Fresh Pineapple, Diced
  • 1 cup Fresh Peaches, Diced
  • 1 whole Frozen Banana, Sliced
  • Splash Of Whole Milk

Preparation

Place about 1 cup of ice into a blender. Add the yogurt, the seeds from the vanilla bean, honey, pineapple, peaches, banana, and milk. Blend until smooth.

Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!

Note: Save your vanilla bean pod! Add it to a jar of sugar and make vanilla sugar!
