This smoothie is a great addition to anyone’s diet. It’s healthy, sweet and packs a nutritious punch!
Ingredients
- ½ cups Frozen Peach Slices, Defrosted
- ¼ cups Frozen Blueberries, Defrosted
- ¼ cups Frozen Raspberries, Defrosted
- 1 whole Small Apple, Cored And Diced (I Used A Fuji Apple)
- ½ whole Banana, Peeled And Sliced
- ¾ cups Baby Spinach
- 2 Tablespoons Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1-½ cup Water, Cold
Preparation
1. Place all the ingredients (except water) into the blender, then add the water on top. Blend until smooth. I usually blend for about 30 seconds to a minute depending how smooth I want it.
2. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
