Description

Sweet, smoky, and tangy, this Easy Hawaiian Chicken has it all! Barbecue sauce and pineapple juice combine to make this dish finger-licking good!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 cup Pineapple Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Ketchup
  • 4 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 8 whole Pineapple Rounds

Preparation

Preheat grill to medium/medium-high heat.

In a medium bowl, combine barbecue sauce, pineapple juice, and ketchup, mixing until fully combined. Pour half of marinade into a smaller bowl.

Dunk chicken breasts in the larger bowl of marinade. Remove chicken from the bowl and place on the grill to cook until white throughout and juices run clear, about 10–15 minutes. As the chicken cooks, baste occasionally with the marinade in the larger bowl.

When chicken is nearly cooked, add pineapple slices to the grill and cook 3–4 minutes or until softened and slightly charred.

Once the chicken and pineapple are cooked, remove from the grill and serve with the sauce reserved in the small bowl.
