Description
A light and fresh tasting holiday drink made with pomegranate juice, rum, champagne and topped with pomegranate arils.
Ingredients
- ⅓ cups Pomegranate Juice, Light
- 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1 ounce, fluid Rum, Preferably White
- ¼ teaspoons Stevia Or Sugar (to Taste)
- Ice
- ½ cups Champagne
- Pomegranate Arils For Decoration
Preparation
In a glass, add pomegranate juice, lime juice, rum and sugar; mix well. Fill the glass with ice cubes and top it off with the champagne. Top with pomegranate arils.
