A creamy holiday smoothie made with cranberry juice, Greek yogurt and coconut milk.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Light Cranberry Juice (I Used Ocean Spray Diet)
- ½ cups Greek Yogurt, Plain
- ½ cups Unsweetened Coconut Milk From A Carton (Do Not Use Canned)
- ¼ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- ⅛ teaspoons Stevia Or To Taste
- 5 whole Cranberries, Fresh
- 5 whole Ice Cubes
Preparation
Place all your ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
