Description
These Chocolate Coconut Balls come from Sweden and are called Chokladbollar in their language. They require only 15 minutes to make and are no-bake!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Sugar
- ½ cups Butter, Room Temperature
- 3 cups Rolled Oats
- 3 Tablespoons Cocoa
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tablespoons Cold Strong Coffee
- ½ cups Coconut Flakes
Preparation
Mix sugar, butter and oats in a bowl. Add cocoa, vanilla extract and cold coffee. Roll the mixture into small balls and coat in coconut flakes. Refrigerate for 1 hour or serve right away.
