Skinny Eggnog Frappe

Description

A cold holiday coffee drink made with light eggnog, milk and topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg.

Ingredients

  • FOR THE FRAPPE:
  • ½ cups Lite Eggnog
  • ¼ cups Milk, Non-fat
  • ½ teaspoons Stevia Or Sugar (to Taste)
  • ½ cups Brewed Espresso Or Very Strong Coffee, Cold
  • 5 whole Ice Cubes
  • FOR THE TOPPINGS:
  • 2 Tablespoons Whipped Topping (Cool Whip Or Homemade Whipped Cream), Fat Free
  • 1 dash Nutmeg

Preparation

In a blender add all the ingredients except for your toppings and process until smooth. Pour into a cup and top with whipped cream and nutmeg.
