A perfect fall smoothie!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Apple, Sliced, Peel Left On
  • ½ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoons Nutmeg, Grated
  • ½ cups 0% Fat Greek Yogurt, Plain
  • 2 Tablespoons Skim Milk
  • 1 cup Ice
  • Cinnamon Sugar Sprinkles (optional)

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a blender except sprinkles and blend until smooth. Garnish with cinnamon sugar sprinkles.
