Description
A simple, no bake recipe made from the delicious combination of tahini and chocolate. This is also gluten free, paleo and low carb.
Ingredients
- ¾ cups Tahini
- 1 cup Coconut Flour
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 3 Tablespoons Beef Gelatin
- 1 cup Hot Water
- 4-¼ ounces, weight Dairy Free Chocolate
- 1 cup Sliced Strawberries
Preparation
For the base
In one bowl mix all the dry ingredients.
Add the hot water and stir well until all the dough gets incorporated.
With a cookie scooper or a spoon divide the mix into twelve, use a muffin mold.
Press well the dough into each muffin cup
For the filling
Melt the chocolate.
In a bowl mix the dripping tahini, cinnamon and monk fruit.
Add the melted chocolate and stir well.
Top each coconut base with the tahini chocolate mix and finally add the sliced strawberries.
