Description
Spicy oven-roasted pork roast that only needs 20 minutes in the oven. Pork tenderloin is an easy budget-friendly cut of meat that is so versatile with how you can season it. For this pork tenderloin roast, I seasoned it with taco seasoning to create a spicy Tex-Mex flavor that is perfect for this roast. This is a great meal served on a weekday because from start to finish, you can have it ready on the table in 45 minutes.
