Description
I had breakfast in a little cafe and they served an apple and ginger shot before the food. It is supposed to aid digestion and help settle any inflammation. I’m not sure if that is true or not but it tasted great so I had a go at making them at home.
Ingredients
- 1 whole Apple
- 1 piece (1/2-inch Size) Fresh Ginger
Preparation
Juice apple and ginger. Pour into a shot glass. Enjoy!
