Ingredients
- 2 cans (15 1/2 Oz. Size) Garbanzo Beans, Drained
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Sweet Cream Butter, Melted
- 1 whole Large Egg, Beaten
- ¼ teaspoons EACH: Black Pepper, Cayenne Pepper
- ½ cups Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Sour Cream
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Place the drained garbanzo beans in a large mixing bowl. Add olive oil, butter, beaten egg, black pepper and cayenne pepper. Mix well with a spatula.
Pour the coated beans into a 9 x 12 non-stick baking sheet pan in a single layer. Bake at 425 F for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and put the baked garbanzo beans in the food processor and pulse several times. Then add the heavy cream and sour cream. Run food processor for 4 minutes on high.
Remove bean dip from food processor with a spatula and place in a serving bowl. This is great with chips or veggies. Enjoy!
