  • 2 cloves Garlic, Grated
  • 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 Rolls Or Hamburger Buns
  • FOR THE GRAVY:
  • 3 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 3 Tablespoons All-purpose Flour
  • 3 cups Whole Milk
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups Crumbled Blue Cheese

Preparation

For the fries:
Preheat oven to 450ºF. Place potato wedges on sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle on salt and seasoning. Toss to coat. Bake 40–45 minutes until fork tender and crispy.

For the burgers:
In a large bowl, add ground turkey, seasoning, salt, chives and grated garlic. Mix it all together with your hands and form into 4 patties.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and add burgers. Cook 5–7 minutes on each side until cooked through.

Toast the buns in a skillet or toaster and set aside.

For the gravy:
In another skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Sprinkle in flour and whisk to make a roux. Let it bubble for about 1 minute to cook out that raw flour flavor. Pour in milk and whisk. Bring to a boil to thicken and remove from heat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir blue cheese into gravy until combined.

Place the turkey burger and pop it on a toasty bun. Add some chopped chives right on top of the burger and serve alongside a cup of blue cheese gravy and fries.
