Description
This lip-smacking good smoothie has all the rich, creamy, decadent taste without a lot of the fat and calories!
Ingredients
- ½ cups Greek Style Yogurt (I Used Fat Free)
- ½ cups Pumpkin Puree (not Pumpkin Pie Filling!)
- ½ cups Milk (I Used Fat Free)
- 1 whole Banana, Frozen
- 1 Tablespoon Simple Syrup (or Other Sweetener)
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- ½ teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 dash Salt
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and puree until completely smooth. Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with an additional sprinkling of cinnamon and a cinnamon stick, if desired. (Note that if you don’t have pumpkin pie spice, you can omit it or just add the equivalent amount of cinnamon.)
