Pizza Alla Vodka.
Ingredients
- ½ cups Pink Vodka Sauce
- 1 Thin Pre-made Pizza Crust
- ¾ cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- ½ cups Spinach And Arugula Mix
- 1-½ ounce, weight Prosciutto, Torn
- 1 ounce, weight Pecorino Romano To Shred Over The Top
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Once oven is preheated, spread pink vodka sauce over the pizza crust. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake in the oven for 10–15 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
Remove from oven and top with spinach/arugula mix, torn prosciutto and pecorino romano. This pizza is also great with a drizzle of balsamic glaze over the top!
