Description

A super quick, easy, and healthy snack with a kick and no weird ingredients. And it’s gluten-free and vegan!

Ingredients

  • 15 ounces, weight Canned Chickpeas (drained)
  • 2 Tablespoons Cilantro, Roughly Chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Peeled
  • 1 Tablespoon Jalapeno, Roughly Chopped (about ½ A Jalapeno)
  • ½ Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 pinch Salt And Pepper
  • 1-½ Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Water

Preparation

1. Place all ingredients except olive oil and water in a food processor and blend until smooth.
2. With the machine running, stream in the olive oil and water and continue processing until super creamy and smooth.
3. Spread on everything.
