A sauce so delicious, you will be licking your fingers and wanting more. It’s that addicting.

Ingredients

  • 8 cloves Garlic, Skin On
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • ½ cups Mayonnaise
  • 3 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoons Dried Thyme
  • ¼ teaspoons Dried Marjoram
  • ¼ teaspoons Dried Basil
  • 1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 pinch Parsley Flakes
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Cracked Black Pepper
  • 36 whole Cooked Chicken Wings, Baked Or Fried

Preparation

Start by getting a sheet of aluminum foil out. Place the garlic cloves on top. Drizzle with the olive oil and place in a 350ºF oven for about 30 minutes. Remove it from the oven and let it cool.

Meanwhile, add the remaining ingredients (except the wings) into a small mixing bowl. Once the garlic has cooled, remove the peel and mash the garlic cloves in a small bowl. Then mix that into the rest of the sauce. Cover the bowl with a sheet of plastic wrap. Set this sauce in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to let the flavors marry.

You can deep fry or bake your wings. I like to bake mine. Preheat your oven to 400 F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Use two baking sheets if you have to. Place the chicken onto the baking sheet in a single layer. Move baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake for 1 1/2 hours. Turn once at around the 60 minute mark. After 1 1/2 hours, turn off the oven, and let them sit in there for another 15 minutes.

Once you are ready to eat and the wings are fully cooked, add them to a large mixing bowl. Add in as much or as little sauce as you like and toss to coat. Give them a nice toss and dig in.

The result is awesome. Perfectly crisp chicken wings with the roasted garlic and Parmesan sauce just confirmed that I no longer need to visit Buffalo Wild Wings. Plus I make better nachos to boot! Hope you enjoy!
