Great idea to use up those leftover bananas!
Ingredients
- 10 Dates, Pitted
- ½ cups Gluten Free Oats
- 2 Bananas
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- ¾ cups Almond Meal
- 4 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Maple Agave Syrup Or Raw Honey, To Serve
Preparation
In a food processer, grind up the dates, oats and bananas. Add in the eggs, vanilla and almond meal and process on the lowest setting on your food processer.
Fry each pancake up in coconut oil.
Serve with maple agave syrup or raw honey.
