Super healthy, easy and perfect for after a workout or run!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • ¾ cups 100% Pasteurized Egg Whites
  • 1-½ cup Fresh Or Frozen Blueberries
  • ½ cups Almond Milk
  • ½ teaspoons Liquid Stevia, Vanilla Or Plain

Preparation

Combine all ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
