Light and fresh, these grilled steak tacos are piled with healthy ingredients but still deliver a satisfying punch.
Ingredients
- 6 ounces, weight Steak
- 1 Onion, Sliced
- ¼ cups Cilantro, Chopped
- ¼ Avocado
- ¼ cups Greek Yogurt, Plain
- ¼ cups Olive Oil
- Salt And Pepper
- Corn Tortillas, To Serve
- 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
Preparation
Grill steak to medium rare.
Caramelize onions in pan with olive oil and pinch of salt.
In a food processor, combine cilantro, avocado, Greek yogurt, olive oil, salt and pepper. Combine until smooth.
Broil tortillas and layer on lettuce, onions, steak, and herb sauce.
