Homemade coconut-flavored iced coffee!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Coconut Milk, Chilled
- 2 Tablespoons Instant Coffee
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Chocolate Syrup
- 1 cup Crushed Ice
Preparation
In a 4-cup measuring cup or small pitcher, whisk together the coconut milk, instant coffee, sugar, and chocolate syrup until combined. (At this point, you can refrigerate the iced coffee base for a few hours, until ready to serve.)
When ready to serve, add the crushed ice, and stir.
Pour into glasses, and enjoy!
