Description
Pasta Breakfast Skillet is a great way to use leftover pasta and any other odds and ends that are sitting in your fridge.
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 2 cups Leftover Cooked Pasta
- 4 whole Eggs, Lightly Beaten
- ⅓ cups Parmesan Cheese, Grated
- ⅓ cups Milk
- 2 strips Cooked Bacon, Crumbled (or Any Other Add Ins)
Preparation
In a large skillet, heat butter over medium-high heat.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss around to evenly coat with egg. Pour into heated skillet and cook until golden brown on each side, about 4 minutes for each side.
To make flipping easier, I used 2 skillets that were the same size. I just topped one with the other and flipped it over.
Feel free to add in any meats or veggies you have in your fridge. This is a great recipe to play around with—an excellent way to use up leftover pasta and other foods.
