Really quick and tasty!

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 whole Green Bell Pepper, Sliced Into Strips
  • 1  Small Onion, Sliced Into Strips
  • 1-½ Tablespoon Chopped Garlic, Divided
  • ½ pounds Deli Sliced Roast Beef, Chopped
  • 1 package (12-count) Original Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
  • ½ cups Low-fat Mayonnaise
  • 8 slices Provolone Cheese
  • ½ cups Butter

Preparation

Heat olive oil in a skillet over med-high heat. Add peppers and cook for a couple of minutes. Add onions and cook for another couple of minutes. Add 1 tablespoon garlic and roast beef, cooking until any liquid from the meat has evaporated. Remove from heat and set aside.

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Slice the package of rolls in half—don’t separate the rolls, just slice the whole lot, and place the bottom half in a baking dish. Smear with half the mayonnaise and top with 4 slices of cheese. Put the meat mixture on top of the rolls, then top with remaining 4 slices of cheese. Smear the rest of the mayonnaise on the other half of the rolls and place on top of the meat to make a giant sandwich!

Melt together butter and remaining garlic. Drizzle over the top of the rolls. Cover the pan with foil and bake 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes. Serve right away!
