Ingredients
- 3-⅝ ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1-½ Tablespoon Butter, Softened
- 1-½ Tablespoon Honey
- 2 whole Eggs
- ¾ cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
Preparation
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
In a bowl, throw in the cream cheese, butter and honey. Mix until fluffy. Stir in the eggs, flour, and cinnamon.
Note: If you’re feeling flashy, now’s the time to add any extra ingredients, such as walnuts, raisins, vanilla extract, coconut flakes and so on and so forth.
Get a spoon and dollop the dough onto the cookie sheet. Don’t be too fussy here, it’s not a competition. You’ll get around 12 cookies.
Bake for 15–18 minutes. Sweeet! Cookies are ready!
