This Dutch Baby is a cinch to make and so very delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- ½ cups All-purpose Flour
- ½ cups 2% Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- 1 whole Large Egg
Preparation
Heat your oven to 425ºF.
Melt butter in a 10-inch cast iron skillet over medium heat.
In a a medium bowl combine flour, milk, sugar, salt and egg. Stir until moist. Pour batter into skillet and cook over medium heat for 1 minute. Bake in oven for 18 minute or until golden brown.
