Ingredients
- 4 cups Quick Oats (Gluten Free If You Choose To)
- 1 cup Butter, Melted
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- ½ cups Honey, Maple Syrup, Or Karo (I Prefer Honey)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 2 cups Mini Chocolate Chips
Preparation
Mix oats, butter, brown sugar, honey, salt, and vanilla. Add chocolate chips right before transfering to a well-greased 9×13 pan. Otherwise, you will have a major melting problem.
Using wax paper, press into the pan. Bake at 350ºF for 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven.
When almost cool, cut into bars.
