Ingredients

  • ¼ cups Steel Cut Oats
  • 3 Tablespoons Old Fashioned Oats (Rolled Oats)
  • ½ cups Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • ¼ cups Milk (I Used Almond Milk)
  • 2 Tablespoons Sliced Almonds
  • 2 teaspoons Pure Maple Syrup
  • ¼ cups Fresh Blueberries

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a covered glass container, cover and shake to mix. Place in refrigerator overnight (8-12 hours), then eat in the morning!
