Ingredients
- ¼ cups Steel Cut Oats
- 3 Tablespoons Old Fashioned Oats (Rolled Oats)
- ½ cups Nonfat Greek Yogurt
- ¼ cups Milk (I Used Almond Milk)
- 2 Tablespoons Sliced Almonds
- 2 teaspoons Pure Maple Syrup
- ¼ cups Fresh Blueberries
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a covered glass container, cover and shake to mix. Place in refrigerator overnight (8-12 hours), then eat in the morning!
