Ingredients

  • ½ cups Blueberries
  • ½  Banana, Peeled
  • ¼ cups Oats
  • ⅓ cups Plain Yogurt
  • ½ cups Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Psyillium Husks
  • 1 Tablespoon Flax Seed Meal
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • ½ cups Ice Cubes, Or As Needed To Reach Desired Consistency
  • 2 Tablespoons Protein Powder
