Description

Gluten-free and dairy-free cinnamon apple oatmeal.

Ingredients

  • 250 milliliters Water
  • 60 milliliters Apple Juice
  • 1  Apple, Medium Sized, Peeled, Cored And Diced
  • 70 grams Gluten Free Oats
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

Preparation

Place all the ingredients in a saucepan. Place on a medium heat and bring to the boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 3–5 minutes.

Serve immediately. I topped mine with some extra apple, apple sauce and some more cinnamon.
