Great holiday frosting for a sheet pan or white layer cake!
Ingredients
- 1 stick Sweet Cream Butter, Softened
- 1 whole Valencia Orange, Zest And Juice
- ¼ cups Whole Cranberry Sauce
- 4 cups Confectioners Sugar
Preparation
In a stand mixer (or a large mixing bowl and hand mixer), add butter, orange zest and juice, cranberry sauce, and 1 cup confectioner’s sugar. Run mixer on low and combine, adding the remaining sugar 1 cup at a time. Then increase speed to high and beat for several minutes to achieve a super creamy consistency.
