Description

A healthy, creamy, guilt-free dip made with roasted red peppers and seasoning.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt, Plain
  • ½ cups Roasted Red Peppers From Jar, Drained (reserve The Juice), Patted Dry, Diced Small
  • ¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Onion Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 dash Salt

Preparation

Place all the ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. This allows the flavors to come together. Serve as a dip with raw veggies.
