A twist on traditional hummus with the addition of roasted red pepper for a more vibrant color and flavor!
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Garbanzo Beans, Drained And Rinsed
- 2 whole Roasted Red Peppers, Roughly Chopped
- ¼ cups Tahini
- 1 clove Garlic, Roughly Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil (can Use 2 Tbsp If More Creamy Consistency Is Desired)
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- Sea Salt, to taste
Preparation
1. Place chickpeas in the bowl of your food processor and pulse until they have a chunky consistency.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and puree until desired consistency is reached.
3. Serve alongside chopped veggies, whole wheat tortilla chips, or pita bread.
