Description
This is a cross between guacamole and hummus—so easy, healthy, and delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 1/2 Oz. Size) Chickpeas, Drained And Rinsed
- 2 Medium Avocados
- 1-½ Tablespoon Lime Juice
- 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Pepper
- ¼ teaspoons Cumin
- ⅛ teaspoons Garlic Poweder
- ⅛ teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Chopped Cilantro
Preparation
In a food processor, blend together all ingredients (except cilantro) until smooth. Taste, and adjust seasonings according to your preference. Stir in the fresh cilantro.
Spoon into a bowl and serve, topping with a drizzle of olive oil if desired.
