Description

A healthy take on the Indian classic, the Mango Lassi. Made with spinach!

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Mangoes (ripe, Large, Peeled With Seed Removed)
  • 1 cup Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Baby Spinach
  • 7 cubes Ice
  • 1 pinch Cardamom (optional)
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey Or Agave (optional)

Preparation

Put all ingredients into a blender in the order listed above. Then puree until spinach is completely liquified. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
