Description

A healthy, sweet, creamy smoothie made with cherries, yogurt and milk. Perfect for an afternoon snack.

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Milk, Non-fat
  • ½ cups Greek Yogurt, Plain Or Vanilla
  • 1 cup Cherries, Frozen
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ teaspoons Stevia Or More To Taste Or Use Granulated Sugar

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.

Serve with reduced fat whipped cream and a cherry!
