A lightened-up Southern favorite.
Ingredients
- 4 bags Iced Tea Bags, Individual Size Bags
- 10 packages Splenda, Individual/table Size Packets
- 2 quarts Boiling Water Or Enough To Fill Each Jar
- 4 Lemon Wedges, Plus Additional For Garnish
- 2 jars 2-quart Size Mason Jars With Lids And Rings
Preparation
Place 2 tea bags each into two 2-quart size mason jars. Add 5 packets of Splenda into each jar.
Fill each jar with boiling water.
Squeeze two lemon wedges into each jar and seal. Allow jars to sit in the sun and steep for 8-10 hours.
Serve over ice.
