Description
These homemade pancakes are great in the mornings. They are thin and buttery and hard to resist!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Flour
- ⅛ cups Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoons Baking Powder
- 2 Eggs
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- 2 cups Milk
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat a griddle. Pour batter onto griddle using a 1/3 cup measure. Cook until the pancakes start to bubble and look dry on the edges, about 1-2 minutes. Flip over and cook about 1-2 minutes longer.
