Description
A refreshing, classic margarita, using only three ingredients. Tastes like summer all year long and in perfect timing for Cinco de Mayo!
Ingredients
- 4 ounces, fluid Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice (about 4 Limes, If They’re Juicy)
- 4 ounces, fluid Silver Tequila
- 4 ounces, fluid Cointreau
- 1 Tablespoon Fine Sea Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 12 Ice Cubes (3 Per Glass)
Preparation
Put lime juice, tequila, and Cointreau into a large Mason jar. Shake well. Chill.
Pour salt and sugar onto a shallow dish. Stir to combine. Run a lime wedge around the rim of each glass and dip into the salt-sugar mix.
Plop three cubes into each glass. Pour. Cut a slit in the extra lime wedges or wheels and slip one onto each glass rim. Serve!
