Description
A unique twist on the traditional mint julep. Perfect cocktail for the Kentucky Derby!
Ingredients
- 1-½ teaspoon Maraschino Cheery Juice
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2-½ ounces, fluid Gin
- 1 ounce, fluid Cherry Brandy
- Maraschino Cherries, For Garnish
- Lemon Wedge And Mint, For Garnish
Preparation
In a martini mixer filled halfway with ice, mix cherry juice, sugar, lemon, gin and cherry brandy, and shake well until sugar dissolves.
Strain mixture into a small whiskey glass filled halfway with ice. Garnish with cherries, lemon wedge and mint and enjoy!
