It’s like eating a supreme pizza but in soup form! It’s absolutely delicious and perfect for a cold winter day!
Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Pork Sausage, Mild Or Spicy
- 1-¾ cup Diced Tomatoes With Garlic, Basil And Oregano, Drained Slightly
- 1-¾ cup Low-sodium Beef Stock, Store-bought Or Homemade
- 4 ounces, weight Jarred Sliced Mushrooms, Drained
- ¼ cups Chopped Pepperoni
- 1 Small Green Bell Pepper, Chopped
- 1 Small Yellow Onion, Chopped
- 1 cup Water
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Italian Seasoning
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, For Garnish
- Pickled Jalapeno Pepper Slices, For Garnish
Preparation
Brown sausage and drain. Combine with remaining ingredients (except mozzarella cheese and pickled jalapeno slices) in crockpot. Cook on low for 6 hours, stirring occasionally.
Garnish with shredded mozzarella cheese and pickled jalapeno pepper slices prior to serving.
